Join us for our delightful journey down the Etiquette road of proper manners and social discourse. We shall be offering classes for children and teens on the why’s, where’s, and how’s of good manners! How delightful it shall be for them to enjoy an afternoon tea while really getting down to the brass tacks on all things proper!

Details

Our classes will be taught by THE Miss Manners of the Bay Area, Miss Amy ..her training and experience in working with children, teenagers and adults  is most impressive. Miss Amy knows how to teach the proper protocol to children in a charming and fun way so all the important information sticks in their sweet little heads!

The two-hour class will cover the following aspects of proper etiquette:

Introducing yourself and others, the importance of first impressions, significance of body language, basic table manners, how to handle difficult situations  or embarrassing accidents in a social setting or at the table. The children will then enjoy a proper Afternoon Tea so that they might practice their new found skills, dining with confidence.

“E is for Etiquette” is an activity-based course that produces significant long-term benefits that motivates children to interact with others positively and handle everyday situations in a caring and courteous manner.

Each child will go home with an exclusively designed certificate of completion, a printable PDF of the course and a party favour.

Each class will be offered on Sundays in Ross from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and the age group is 7 years old to 13 years old.

Reservations

• • Cost is $95 per class per child (exclusive of tax)
  • Reservations and Pre-Payment are required through our website, Reserve Now
  • Limited to 10 places each class (if the wait list exceeds 4 people we can create another class and if there are less than four people signed up for it we may need to cancel so get your friends together!).
  • Sadly, no refunds if you cancel, but we will be happy to re-schedule for another date with in three months or you can transfer your ticket to another child.
  • You may be asking “What about teenagers, 14 years and above? They are in need of refinement too!” Well we can organize that age group too at Crown & Crumpet for the same experience or Amy also teaches thru Ross Recreation and that is a dinner version at a local restaurant. 
  • If you would like us to organize a private E is for Ettiquitte class for you and a group of friends or for adults please get in touch as we can make that happen too.
