There’s nothing quite like Afternoon Tea- especially when someone else does all the work! Whether you’re gathering at home, in the office or somewhere splendid, Crown & Crumpet can provide the tea sandwiches, savouries scones, sweets and of course , the tea. Simply tell us how many guests are expected and we’ll help you create a jolly, lovely occasion that is completely stress free and oh do delicious!
Amy is your “go-to- gal” for any party planning.… Clicking on the tab on the top of the page to start the ball rolling is your best bet. By doing that it gives us important information to start with and then Amy can follow up with phone call at a mutually convenient time. . Generally calls are returned Mondays to Fridays after 10:00 am and hopefully before 6:00 pm! But do not fret she will get back to you… in the meantime here is a load of information that may help you!
Crown & Crumpet Complete Afternoon Tea
$59 per guest, plus sales tax
Includes Three assorted Tea sandwiches,
Two Warm Savouries,
One House-Baked Fruit Scone
Served with clotted cream, organic strawberry jam and house-made lemon curd
Three assorted Sweets and Treats
Two Crown & Crumpet loose-leaf tea selections.
The $59 price includes our 20% catering service charge.
Minimum order: 10 guests. A 3% processing fee applies to credit-card payments; payment by check, venmo or bank transfer has no processing fee.
Delivery, rentals, setup and staffed tea service are additional.
Looking for Something a Little Lighter?
Not every gathering requires the full afternoon tea works! We can create a lighter menu featuring your preferred combination of tea sandwiches, scones, sweets and Crown & Crumpet tea.
Lighter tea menus start at approximately $39 per guest, plus sales tax, depending upon the menu and number of guests. Simply tell us what you have in mind, and Amy will help you find a delicious option that suits both your occasion and your budget.
Make It a Proper Tea Party
Don’t have enough teacups in the cupboard? We can provide a coordinated tableware rental package that may include:
• Crown & Crumpet teacup and saucer
• Dessert or luncheon plate
• Flatware
• Water glass
• Linen napkin
• Shared teapots
• Milk and sugar service
Tableware rental packages start at $18 per guest.
Table linens, three-tier stands, serving pieces, hot-water urns, additional glassware, tables and chairs are also available. Because table sizes and party requirements vary, these items are quoted separately.
Delivery, setup, collection, washing and any applicable service charges are additional. Rentals are subject to availability, and replacement charges apply to missing, broken or damaged items.
Children’s Birthday Parties
We can do your kiddo’s birthday anywhere! We are pros at running a children’s party with various themes including Alice in Wonderland, Fairies, Pirates, Etiquette Instruction or pretty much any theme. We partner with various entertainers who can create fun entertainment in your theme while we take care of the Tea party food, crafting, party favours,service etc..
For children ages 5–12
Six-child minimum; 12-child maximum
$115 per child, plus sales tax
(Larger parties can be accommodated with advanced notice. Additional Trolly Dollies will be required to insure the party runs smoothly and additional staffing charges will apply)

- A two-hour hosted birthday party
- One hour of setup before the party

Please note that the vintage elephant cake is a decorative centerpiece and remains the property of Crown & Crumpet.
The Host Family Provides:
- The party location
- Suitable tables and chairs for the children
- Adequate access for our one-hour setup and one-hour cleanup
Tables, chairs, linens and other party equipment may be arranged through Crown & Crumpet for an additional charge.
Adult Guests:
- A complete Crown & Crumpet Afternoon Tea may be ordered for adults for $59 per person, plus sales tax
- A smaller selection of refreshments for adults may also be arranged and priced according to your needs
- Non-dining supervising adults are not charged
Optional Additions:
- Specialty themes and decorations
- Additional crafts, games and prizes
- Pass the Parcel
- Professional entertainers
- Additional party staff
- Linens, tables, chairs and tea-party equipment

Pricing and Booking Information:
- The children’s package is $115 per child, plus sales tax

- Delivery and travel charges are additional and depend upon the party location
- Rentals, specialty decorations, additional staffing and entertainers are priced separately
- A credit-card processing fee applies to payments made by credit card and is not included in the advertised price
- Final guest numbers and party details must be confirmed 10 -7 days before the event and final payment is due at this time
-A non refundable deposit of $250.00 is due at the time booking.
