DEPOSIT
We require a deposit on all party reservations at the time of booking which will be deducted from your final bill. This will secure your party date and time. In order to serve you better, we request your final head count at least four days prior to your event. You will be responsible for payment for the number of guests confirmed in your final head count.

CANCELLATION
Policy: To receive a full refund of your deposit you must notify Crown & Crumpet at least twenty one (21) days before your event. No refunds will be given otherwise.
Seating times are as follows for weekend parties:
11:00 am -1:00 pm; 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm; 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
For weekday parties, please inquire about seating times.
Beautiful and tasty cakes are available to order from our pastry chefs for your event. Prices start at $48.00.

No outside food but if you want to bring your own cake or cupcakes we do have a $3.00 plating fee per person. Please no ice cream cakes

No substitutions.
There is a 20% gratuity on all parties.
We will ask you to choose three or four different teas for guests to enjoy.
We do not have an alcohol license at Crown & Crumpet so you may bring your own wine or champagne. We charge $10.00 a bottle for corkage but can provide you with the appropriate glasses and ice bucket.
Ask us about customizeable Crown & Crumpet Party Gift Bags. We can get fancier then the one that comes with the party package.
