DEPOSIT
We request a deposit on all reservations at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the final bill. This will secure your party date and time. In order to better serve you, we request your final head count at least 4 days prior to your event. You will be responsible for payment for the number of guests confirmed in your final head count.

CANCELLATION
Policy: To receive a full refund of your deposit, you must notify Crown & Crumpet at least fourteen (14) days before your event. No refunds will be given otherwise.
Seating times are as follows for weekend parties:
11:00 am -1:00 pm; 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm; 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
For weekday parties, please inquire about seating times.
No outside food. That is a big "No-No", but if you wish to bring a cake, we charge a $3/person plating fee. Please no ice cream cakes.
No substitutions.
There is an 18% gratuity on all parties.
We are a doily free zone, but are full of nuts.
The guest of honor will be seated in the 19th Century gilded throne.
We encourage your guests to park in the Ghirardelli Square Parking Garage, and we will validate their ticket for 1-1/2 hours at $2.25/flat rate. The full rate is $2.25/each twenty minutes, applies thereafter.
We will ask you to choose four different teas for your guests to enjoy.
A selection of champagnes and other libations containing elements of celebration are available. No party is complete without a little toast, not with butter, but with bubbles! Jolly Libations are listed on our evening menu. Prices to suit all pockets.
