Crown & Crumpet hosts a monthly Planner Tea meet up in our private party room on the last Sunday of the month. We begin at 3:30 and go till 5:30. While you are writing up and creating your planner pages for the new month we serve tea and assorted treats, buffet style from our 19th century French shop counter. Each guest has a seat at the table ready to get to work while sipping a selection of teas or coffee or hot chocolate. We always have a little goody bag to take home, often donated from a planner business as well as a little treat from us. We also do a “Lucky Dip”, an English party tradition, so we ask everyone to bring a small wrapped planner themed item to exchange with a value of at least $5.00 (a great way to de-stash some of your extra supplies!) We have other little treats in store because we know Planner gals and guys love surprises!!
The cost is $20.00 a person which includes plenty of tea, a selection of sweets and treats, a goody bag and the honour of being in a room full of planner crazy people for two full hours!
Reservations are an absolute must as we have limited space in our party room! Everyone needs to have space around them to spread out and start playing with all of their supplies and their planner(s) and of course their teacups! Payment is due at the time of your reservation. If we get over subscribed we start a wait list and add another time either on the same day or on the Saturday before, if the party room is not rented out for another event!

After your booked and paid for just show up at 3:30 with a selection of your Planner supplies etc and get to work having fun, being creative, exchanging ideas and laughs…oh and having afternoon tea & treats!
